Our Return Policy

We had warehouses worldwide. It is easy to return. Free return if our product has quality problems or was damaged. We offer a 90-day trial period. You can return or exchange your chandeliers with no questions asked, even if you’ve opened the package.

 If you are going to exchange/return the product, please package well. You need to contact us within 90 days if you would like to return or exchange when receive the package. All the return shipping fees will be covered by buyers if you don't like it.

Cancel Policy

All of our products can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order is unpaid, you can easily cancel your order by yourself. If your order has been paid, you can contact our customer service to cancel your order. And get 100% refund.  Once your order has been shipped, it also can be canceled. But you need to charge part shipping fee with us . We will refund 70% money to you .


Cancellation before payment
1. Log into "My Account" and click on "My Orders".
2. Click on the order number that you would like to cancel.
3. Click on “Delete this order” and confirm that you want to cancel it.
Cancellation after payment
Please note that we may offer a corresponding cancellation policy or solution to customer’s inquiries based on the different product categories.
1. Orders canceled before shipping will be eligible for a full refund, except for made-to-order products.
2. Once your order has been shipped, it also can be canceled.
